This year, Pastor Gavin and Caleb Fredregill have been given the awesome opportunity to partner with other missionaries from Hosanna City Church Yucca Valley and Grace Fellowship Church in Tennessee. Together, they will be serving the people of Guatemala through Servant Life Ministries.
The ultimate goal of the the team in Guatemala is to reach the lost of Guatemala by going into communities alongside the local church and soon-to-be-planted church, and reach children and adults with the Gospel through VBS, block parties, home visits, evangelism, shoe and clothing distribution, face paint, cotton candy, labor projects and many other creative ways to show the love of Christ. The Guatemalan leaders have always been a key to the success of the ministry, but they love support from short-term teams to support their ministry and build the local church!
Our team will be flying out of LAX on July 4 and arriving in Guatemala early on July 5. Here is what our team will be doing...
Saturday: Arriving and settling in
Sunday: Enjoying a cultural day in the capital city of Antigua
Monday - Thursday: These are ministry days doing the activities mentioned earlier
Friday: Ministry block party
Saturday: Travel home
Servant Life has been a trusted and successful short-term missions ministry for over 20 years and has been a fantastic partner and resource to the church around the world. You can find out more about Servant Life by clicking here.
Pastor Gavin and Caleb are needing to raise $3,500 ($1,750 each). This total includes airfare, housing, transportation, and everything needed to join the mission and help support the people of Guatemala - it even includes a little spending money for them as well. If you are interested in supporting the Guatemala Mission Trip, please click here and choose "Guatemala Mission Trip 2025" in the drop down menu. All donations are tax-deductible.
You can also support Pastor Gavin, Caleb and the rest of the missionaries by partnering with them in prayer. Whether you support through prayer or finances, the team would love to keep in touch with you by letting you know specific prayer requests and invite you to celebrate with them through a digital newsletter.
